Extras, priced and totalled
Every turnout, rug change and bale of hay is logged against the horse and the person who asked for it, at the price you set on the day they asked. Put your turnout up next spring and last month’s requests still bill at last month’s price.

At the end of the month you have the list, the per-livery totals and a CSV — instead of trying to remember who asked for what three weeks ago.

I would rather have real yards using this and telling me what does & does not work than a list of sign-ups. So take two months on me. If it has not earned its place by the end, tell me why and we will leave it there — you will not be asked for a card at any point during the trial.
And after that
£12 a month, or £120 a year — one price, every feature, however many liveries and however many horses. Cancel whenever you like and you keep the board until the end of the period you have paid for.
